1. First, you need to observe the safety around the equipment to see if anyone is repairing the equipment.
2. Then power on the device, then check if the computer interface device is normal, If the equipment is abnormal,
it should be repaired in time.
3. After the equipment is normal, first open the air compressor.
4. After the air compressor is running normally at 5 to 8 Pressures, starts the equipment power switch
“Host – Skew Belt – Flat Belt” in sequence.
5. Click on the production details required by the interface to start production.
6. Concentrate on the work, pay attention to the observation system of the instrument, indicator, belt conveyor and
batcher. When there are large stones and materials, it should be removed in time.
7. The mixer should not stop when it is fully loaded. When a fault or power failure occurs, the power should be cut
off immediately, the switch box should be locked, the concrete in the mixer should be cleaned, and then the fault
should be eliminated or the power should be restored.
8. Maintenance, maintenance, lubrication, fastening, etc. cannot be performed during mechanical operation. I
t is forbidden to place your hands and feet near gates, belts, spiral tubes, motors, etc.
9. The operation completes the equipment shutdown, then closes the switches and pipeline equipment in sequence,
and the operator can confirm the safety before notifying the cleaning or maintenance personnel to clean or repair.
